Alight worklife integrates essential work-related functionalities into an easy-to-use platform, helping employees manage their benefits, payroll, attendance, and overall well-being, which contributes to a more engaged and productive workforce. The app has more than 35 million users.

MY ROLE

As a member of the product design team, I played a pivotal role in both the strategic direction and execution of design initiatives. I was responsible for developing new features and refreshing the UI using updated design system components, ensuring consistency across products. My role extended beyond design implementation, as I actively contributed to the overall UX strategy by conducting user research, gathering insights, and defining user personas to inform design decisions.

I collaborated closely with data analysts, product owners, engineers, and researchers to ensure that user feedback and business goals were aligned. By incorporating usability testing and data-driven insights, I helped prioritize features and design improvements that would have the greatest impact on user experience. Additionally, I maintained and optimized the design system, ensuring a seamless, cohesive user interface across multiple platforms.
